FAQs - Membership

What is the membership for?

Membership to the PMA provides you with the right to obtain appropriate mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical support. In addition, you may also be able to access high quality professional Integrative Health Services that include, but are not limited to, cutting edge treatment or therapy modalities practised by our competent therapists, practitioners, and healers, as well as high quality products and educational events. The one-off membership contribution provides for some of the administrative costs associated with the running of the PMA.

Does my one-off member $ suggested donation cover services, product or event $ contributions?

Your one-off member suggested donation of $19 is for Lifetime Membership, and would not include any services, products or educational events that you may receive. Contributions for services, products, or educational events are as advertised on our website, or as adjusted from time to time.

Is membership compulsory?

Membership is required for anyone that would like to receive the benefits of our services, products and/or educational events. This system enables us to offer you a high quality of care, as well as provide you with a much more personal touch.

What if I do not align with the membership agreement?

We respect your will to choose whether or not you would like to join our PMA, even if it means that we may not be able to offer you our services, products or educational events.

Why would I need a membership?

Being a member of our PMA provides you with the motivation and the commitment to keep checking in regularly with us so that we can assess how your health is progressing and make the necessary adjustments, when needed. If you are ready to invest in your health, then becoming a member of our PMA is for you.

How do I become a member?

For new arrivals, you will need to complete the online membership agreement here. After having sent the online form through to us, we will review it, and approve it if in good order (in < 48 hrs). You may then book your initial consultation with us.

Alternatively, you may choose to complete a physical paper version during your initial visit. If so, please let us know if this is your preferred way, as you will need to arrive 30 min before your appointment to give you enough time to read and sign the form. Please note that your consultation will only be able to commence after the documentation has been completed and approved.
